- Reinforcement of our presence on the markets through acquisitions.
- Increase of activities on the niche market of marketing and communication for beverage and fresh, frozen and processed food.
The “Vivactis” brand objectives include:
- Reinforcement of the positioning on the niche market of Healthcare communication in Europe with the final goal of becoming the European leader of this market segment.
- Increase of number of the truly international Healthcare pitches won.
- Improvement of the positioning in Healthcare and Well-Being communication in Spain, UK and the Netherlands.
- Creation of Healthcare and Well-Being communication units in Italy and Germany.
- Further development and geographic expansion of the educational programmes of public interest in Healthcare and Well-Being segment.
- Creation of a company specialised in consumer health.
The aim of Newton 21 Europe is to consolidate the transfer of know-how among the various Group members and the holding. Vivactis-Newton 21 will transfer management methods based on the group’s ‘best practices’ to optimise the operational margin and net profit of each subsidiary.
