Jean-Pierre Tondreau

Independent Member of the Board of Newton 21 since 2006.

Jean-Pierre Tondreau is presently active as investor and Member of the Board of several companies like CPIL, manufacturer of small tourist trains in France and OUROBOROS, a spin-off of the Faculté Agronomique de Gembloux. Until June 2004, Jean-Pierre Tondreau, was “manager- owner” of the SUPERBOIS do-it-yourself hypermarkets chain. From 1982 to 1990, he worked for the group SIBEKA-DIAMANT BOART namely as Geschäftführer of the company CARL MEYER STEINBEARBEITUNGSMASCHINEN in Germany and as Member of the Board of the company PELLEGRINI MECCHANICA in Italy. Previously, Mr. Tondreau worked for SYBETRA, as Project Manager of a fertilizer plant in Iraq, and, for TRACTION ELECTRICITE, as engineer on several pipelines and steel industry projects. Jean-Pierre Tondreau holds a diploma of civil engineer of the Faculté Polytechnique of Mons.
