Philippe Pedrini

Independent Member of the Board since 2009

Philippe Pedrini is currently a General Director of BM Invest (French holding company). Since 1994 he is Member of the Board of "Financière Immobilière de Développement Européen" (FIDE) - an European financial participation company. Besides, Mr. Pedrini holds the position of the Member of the Board of "Compagnie Européenne des Médias" (CEM Nouvelle) - Belgian investment company for the media industry.
